Sam's smoky brisket rub has the perfect balance of sweet, heat, and savory. In our opinion you need all three. Side note, the brisket won't come out sweet, there's just a little sweetness to balance it out. The goal is to enhance the flavor of beef instead of covering it up. We started off with the traditional salt, garlic and pepper and then added in our special ingredients for a brisket with the perfect level of spice and flavor.
